Antonina is passionate about serving and inspiring people to experience abundance in business and in life. As a small business finance coach and consultant, Antonina empowers women entrepreneurs to have profitable businesses by taking control of the money matters in business with financial mindset transformation, simple financial literacy, and proven customized finance strategies for earning more money, more time, and more life!
She is passionate about encouraging women in business to move past the fear of dealing with numbers and helping them to improve their bottom lines. She does this by getting to the heart of the inhibitions surrounding money and teaching in simple ways how to become financially savvy women.
Antonina has nineteen plus years of experience in Accounting and Finance and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Carroll College. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from Argosy University, Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management, and project management training. Antonina has worked in a variety of industries such as insurance, manufacturing, profit recovery, credit card processing, financial services, and government. Her experience as a Financial Analyst, Budget Analyst, Business Analyst and Budget Manager have resulted in her tried and true approach to helping entrepreneurs to experience financial success through being in control of the money side of business. Additionally, her command of budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, cost analysis and process improvement allows her to quickly and easily diagnose common business challenges and offer practical solutions.
